Who?

Hart Togman, CEO of Rent Panda will be hosting and will be welcoming our CEO Alex Leduc and real estate accountant Hamza Minhas who will answer key questions on the Canadian real estate market. There will also be time at the end for the audience to ask any questions.

Alex Leduc is the founder of Perch, an award-winning mortgage platform simplifying homeownership for buyers and owners. Prior to Perch, Alex held various corporate finance and strategy roles at MCAN Mortgage and Equitable Bank. He is Co-Chair of the Canadian Lenders Association Mortgage Roundtable and a Technical Advisory Member of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Alex is a graduate of Ivey Business School from Western University and a CFA Charterholder.

Hamza Minhas qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) while working at PricewaterhouseCooper’s Private Company Services group. This is where he gained extensive tax and accounting experience in an array of industries and developed his passion to help small businesses. Hamza graduated from The University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Commerce degree in 2008.
