What to expect during our hiring process
From hitting submit to signing the paperwork.
- Submit an
applicationApply for your desired position as early as possible. We review applications in the order they come in. (It doesn’t pay to procrastinate!) - Initial phone
screeningWe’ll set up a 30-minute call or video chat so we can get to know each other better. Come prepared with any questions you have for us. - Take-home
assignmentYou’ll have a few days to complete the assignment, which should take no more than two hours in total. - Meet the
teamAt this stage, you’ll speak with a few of your future coworkers through video chat. You’ll also reconnect with the hiring manager to walk them through your assignment. - Final
decisionThe final decision is usually made within one week. We’ll confirm your start date, and send the paperwork to make it official.
